enVision Modular Solutions

Modular building solutions

Seven ways to build off-site, and the expertise to choose the right one for your project.

The right system for every building

There's no single best way to build modular. A luxury villa, a mine-site camp and a beachfront cafe each have different priorities for cost, speed, comfort and appearance. That's why enVision works with a range of proven building systems, from structural insulated panels and light gauge steel frames to complete modules made in our partners' factories.

Explore each system below, compare them side by side, or tell us about your project and we'll recommend the best fit.

How a modular building comes together

Built in the factory. Finished on your site.

  1. Built in sections

Each module is made in a controlled factory environment, away from the weather, with strict quality control.

  2. Delivered to site

Finished sections are transported to your site while the groundwork is prepared.

  3. Assembled into one building

Modules are joined into a single, cohesive structure, with site work completed in as little as four weeks.

Modular solutions: questions answered

Which modular system is right for my project?

It depends on what you're building, your budget, the site and how quickly you need it. Homes and villas often suit SIPs, LGS or volumetric modules. Camps and site offices often suit sandwich panels, imported modules or flat-pack units. We'll recommend the best fit.

Can different systems be combined?

Yes. Many projects mix systems, for example an LGS or SIPs building with factory-made bathroom pods, or volumetric modules alongside panel-built common areas.

Do you import modules from China?

Yes. We supply ready-made modules from Chinese manufacturers and coordinate production, shipping, delivery and installation in Indonesia.

Are modular buildings suitable for Indonesia's climate?

Yes, when correctly specified. We choose insulation, facings and detailing suited to heat, humidity, heavy rain and, near the coast, salty air.

Not sure which system to choose?

Tell us what you're building, where and when, and we'll recommend the modular solution that fits.
